补气药结合西医治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Qi-invigorating Drugs Combined With Western Medicine on Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨补气药结合医药治疗应用于慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月-2018年12月在医院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者80例,补气药结合西医治疗的40例作为观察组,仅采用西医治疗的40例作为对照组。比较两组临床疗效中医证候积分、LVEF值、末端脑利纳肽前体(NT-pro-BNP)水平。结果4周后对患者进行评估发现:观察组的临床总疗效率、中医证候积分、LVEF值、末端脑利纳肽前体NT-proBNP水平均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。2组患者均未发生严重的不良反应。结论补气药结合西医治疗可显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,提高患者的生存质量,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qi-invigorating drugs combined with medicine on chronic heart failure.Method From January 2015 to December 2018,80 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 40 patients treated with Qi-Tonifying drugs combined with western medicine were selected as the observation group,while only 40 patients treated with western medicine were selected as the control group.The TCM syndrome score,LVEF value and NT-pro-BNP level were compared between the two groups.Results Four weeks later,the patients were evaluated and found that the total clinical response rate,TCM syndrome score,LVEF value and NT-proBNP level of the end-brain Linapeptide precursor in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Qi-invigorating drugs combined with western medicine can significantly improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure,which has good clinical efficacy and improves the quality of life of patients.
