探讨糖尿病护理中多样性护理的应用价值

To Explore the Application Value of Diversified Nursing in Diabetes Care

目的了解糖尿病护理中多样性护理的应用价值。方法将医院2017年3月-2018年11月的50例糖尿病患者,随机分组,单一护理组给予单一护理,多样性护理组开展多样性护理。比较两组满意度;糖尿病患者对糖尿病的认知、糖尿病血糖监测依从性、降糖药物口服依从性、有氧运动依从性;护理前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、血糖和糖化血红蛋白;糖尿病并发症。结果多样性护理组满意度高于单一护理组,汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、血糖和糖化血红蛋白低于单一护理组,糖尿病患者对糖尿病的认知、糖尿病血糖监测依从性、降糖药物口服依从性、有氧运动依从性高于单一护理组,糖尿病并发症低于单一护理组,P<0.05。结论糖尿病患者实施多样性护理效果确切,可提高患者对糖尿病的认知、糖尿病血糖监测依从性、降糖药物口服依从性、有氧运动依从性,并减少并发症的发生,有利于减轻患者抑郁,改善血糖,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To understand the application value of diversity nursing in diabetes nursing.Methods A total of 50 diabetic patients in the hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into a single nursing group and a diversity nursing group.Compare the satisfaction between the two groups;diabetes patients’cognition to diabetes,diabetes blood glucose monitoring compliance,oral compliance with hypoglycemic drugs,aerobic exercise compliance;Hamilton depression scale score,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after nursing;diabetic complications.Results The satisfaction of the diversity nursing group was higher than that of the single nursing group,and the scores of Hamilton depression scale,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than those of the single nursing group.the cognition of diabetes,diabetes blood glucose monitoring compliance,oral compliance of hypoglycemic drugs and aerobic exercise compliance of diabetic patients were higher than those of single nursing group,and diabetic complications were lower than those of single nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of diversified nursing for patients with diabetes is definite,which can improve patients’cognition of diabetes,compliance of diabetes blood glucose monitoring,oral compliance of hypoglycemic drugs,compliance of aerobic exercise,and reduce the occurrence of complications.it is helpful to reduce depression,improve blood sugar and improve patient satisfaction.
