延续性护理对老年脑梗死后遗症的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Continuing Nursing on The Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction in the Elderly

目的观察延续护理用于老年脑梗死后遗症护理中的效果分析。方法选取医院自2018年1月-2019年1月收治的73例脑梗老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用在院常规康复护理,观察组在康复护理基础上加上出院后进行延续性护理,比较两组患者6个月后患者心理情绪情况(焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分)。结果两组患者出院6个月后,观察组患者焦虑情绪评分(53.32±7.82)分,低于对照组的(50.31±5.68)分,抑郁情绪评分对照组患者(47.15±10.09)分,低于对照组患者得(57.18±9.67)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理及延续性护理可以明显改善老年脑梗死患者愈后,减少患者脑梗死后焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect analysis of continuous nursing in the nursing of sequelae of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,73 elderly patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing in the hospital,and the observation group was supplemented with rehabilitation nursing.Continued nursing care after being discharged from the hospital,and the psychological and emotional status(anxiety,depression score)of the two groups of patients were compared after 6 months.Results 6 months after discharge from the two groups,the anxiety score of the observation group(53.32±7.82)was significantly lower than that of the control group(50.31±5.68),and the depression score of the control group(47.15±10.09)was significantly lower than that of the control group Patients(57.18±9.67)(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing and continuing nursing can significantly improve the recovery of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with cerebral infarction,and improve the quality of life of patients.
