福州两大历史文化街区活化再生策略研讨--基于主体构成与价值内涵

Discussion on the strategy of activation and regeneration of two historical and cultural blocks in Fuzhou--Based on subject composition and value connotation

通过实地调研、查阅文献资料,详细分析了福州三坊七巷和上下杭历史文化街区的保护更新现状,结合其街区主要构成要素及其价值,查阅文献资料,立足两者不同的历史地位以及规划实施后的具体情况,结合街区改造更新成果,对福州两大类型历史文化街区的活化与再生提出策略性建议。

Based on the field investigation and literature review,this paper analyzes in detail the current situation of the protection and renewal of Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang and shangxiahang historical and cultural blocks,combined with the main elements and values of the blocks,literature review,based on the different historical status of the two blocks and the specific situation after the implementation of the plan,combined with the results of the block renovation and renewal,and the activities of the two types of historical and cultural blocks in Fuzhou Strategic suggestions are put forward for transformation and regeneration.
