摘要
基于频域介电谱法(frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy,FDS)分别在60℃下对绝缘油纸进行了振幅为0.26mm、频率为100H、老化时间为0d、60d、90d...的一系列加速机-热老化测试。文中首先获得试品在10-3~103Hz范围的FDS特性,并提取在特征频率处的复介电常数(C*)和介质损耗因数(tanδ),对测试结果进行对比分析。分析绝缘油纸老化状况随老化时间及机械振动变化与FDS的特性关系。研究表明,FDS低频段对油纸绝缘老化状态反应敏感,绝缘油纸试品的C*和tanδ值会随老化时间的增长出现下移现象;机-热老化与单独热老化对FDS特性的影响有明显区别;研究成果为将FDS用于无损诊断变压器老化状态提供参考。
Based on frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy(FDS),the insulation oil paper has an amplitude of 0.26 mm,a frequency of 100 H,and an aging time of 0 d,60 d,90 d...at 60℃.Series Accelerator-Thermal Aging Test.Firstly,the FDS characteristics of the sample in the range of 10-3 to 103 Hz were obtained,and the complex permittivity(C*)and dielectric loss factor(tanδ)at the characteristic frequency were extracted,and the test results were compared and analyzed.The relationship between aging time and mechanical vibration changes and FDS characteristics was analyzed.Studies have shown that the low frequency band of FDS is sensitive to the aging state of oil-paper insulation,and the C*and tanδvalues of insulating oil paper samples will move down with the increase of aging time,Machine-heat aging and individual heat aging have significant effects on FDS characteristics,The research results provide a reference for the use of FDS for non-destructive diagnosis of transformer aging.
