大板电厂600MW空冷机组二期电动给水泵变频增容改造的应用

大板电厂为国家电力投资集团下属主力发电厂,装机容量为2×600MW,其中给水泵配置为3×35%,长期困扰电厂的有两个问题,一是给水泵运行的安全性问题,400MW发电量以上运必须运行3台给水泵,没有备用泵,几组的运行安全隐患很大。二是电动给水泵一直居高不下的耗电量。鉴于以上情况,电厂从2017年开始进行了针对机组的A、C电动给水泵的增容及变频改造,B泵保留备用,现进过两年的时间,2个机组均已改造完毕,节能降耗的同时大大增加了机组的运行安全性。该厂1号机组与2号机组的电动给水泵增容及变频改造均由我公司来实施,变频器采用意大利原装进口的尼德科-安萨纯水冷变频器,给水泵更换为凯士比泵,电机更换为上海电机,齿轮箱采用福伊特定制齿轮箱,集结了行业内顶尖产品,并且均一次性调试并投产成功,为本公司在电动给水泵改造领域的领军地位奠定了坚实的基础。

The Daban Power Plant is the main power plant of the State Power Investment Group,with an installed capacity of 2×600 MW,of which the feed pump configuration is 3×35%.There are two problems that have troubled the power plant for a long time.One is the safety of the feed pump operation.For 400 MW or more power generation,three feed-water pumps must be operated,and there are no backup pumps,and the safety of several groups is very high.The other one is the high power consumption of electric feed pumps.In view of the above,the power plant began to increase the capacity and frequency conversion of the A and C electric feed-water pumps for the unit from 2017.The B pump is reserved for backup.Now two years have passed.Both units have been transformed,saving energy and reducing energy consumption.At the same time,the operating safety of the unit is greatly increased.The capacity increase and frequency conversion of the electric water pumps of unit 1 and unit 2 of this plant are implemented by our company.The VFD uses the imported Nidec-Ansa pure water-cooledVFD imported from Italy,and the water pump is replaced by Kies.The pumps and motors were replaced by Shanghai motors.The gearboxes used Voith specific gearboxes.The gearbox adopts Foy specific gearboxes.They are the top products in the industry,and all of them have been commissioned and put into production successfully,laying a solid foundation for the company’s leading position in the field of electric water pump transformation.
