不同间隔时间的喂养方式对早产儿喂养不耐受的影响

目的:探讨不同喂养的间隔时间,对早产儿FI的影响。方法:选择本院2019年1月至6月,胎龄<34周的早产儿,两组各30例,实验组2h喂养一次,对照组3h喂养一次,观察两组早产儿FI发生率和住院时间情况。结果:实验组的FI发生率为5%,明显小于对照组的40%(P<0.05),实验组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:合理的喂养能帮助早产儿减少喂养不耐受的问题,实现快速生长,缩短早产儿的住院时间,促进早产儿的康复。

objective:to investigate the effects of different feeding intervals on premature infants'FI.Methods:30 premature infants with gestational age<34 weeks were selected from January to June,2019 in our hospital.The experimental group was fed for 2 hours and the control group was fed for 3 hours.Results:the incidence of FI in the experimental group was 5%,significantly less than 40%in the control group(P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:reasonable feeding can help preterm infants reduce feeding intolerance,achieve rapid growth,shorten the length of hospital stay,and promote the recovery of preterm infants.
