1例糖尿病患者创伤应激后脑梗塞伤残评定分析

颅脑损伤致躯体功能障碍在交通事故伤残评定中比较常见,其损伤机制、类型较为复杂,当外伤合并自身疾病时常给法医鉴定造成一定困难,本文通过对糖尿病性脑梗塞与创伤应激性高血糖进行分析,探讨糖尿病、创伤、应激反应之间的内在联系,根据糖尿病、创伤之间的作用力大小和损伤后遗症进行伤残评定。
