盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的效果观察

Effect of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride on Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的对盆腔炎患者采用盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择本院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者110例作为本次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2018年1月-2019年4月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为参照组和试验组,每组各有55例。采用氧氟沙星对参照组患者予以治疗,采用盐酸左氧氟沙星对试验组予以治疗,在治疗完成后对比两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果参照组的总有效率为83.6%,试验组的总有效率为98.2%。试验组的总有效率明显高于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。参照组的不良反应率为21.8%,试验组的不良反应率为3.6%。试验组的不良反应率明显低于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎患者具有很好的效果,而且不良反应少,属于一种切实有效的盆腔炎治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride treatment in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the hospital were enrolled as subjects of this study. The time period was from January 2018 to April 2019. They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method. There were 55 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group were treated with ofloxacin, and the experimental group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after the treatment was completed. Results The total effective rate of the reference group was 83.6%, and the total effective rate of the test group was 98.2%. The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the reference group was 21.8%, and the adverse reaction rate of the test group was 3.6%. The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Levofloxacin hydrochloride has a good effect in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, and it has few adverse reactions. It is an effective treatment for pelvic inflammatory disease.
