魏氏伤科手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Wei’s Traumatic Manipulation on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析腰椎间盘突出症患者采取自拟腰痛方内服联合魏氏伤科手法治疗的疗效。方法抽取本院腰椎间盘突出症患者80例纳入临床试验研究,研究开展时间是2018年6月-2019年8月,采取随机分组法将其分为对照、观察两组,各40例。对照组患者应用身痛逐瘀汤治疗,观察组患者应用自拟腰痛方内服联合魏氏伤科手法治疗,观察两组患者疗效、VAS评分以及JOA评分。结果观察组患者有效率是90.00%(36/40)明显高于对照组72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.020 5,P <0.05);治疗后观察组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采取自拟腰痛方内服联合魏氏伤科手法治疗的疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of self-made lumbar pain prescription orally combined with Wei’s traumatology in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation in the hospital were selected for clinical trial study. The study was conducted from June 2018 to August 2019. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each with 40 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction, and patients in the observation group were treated with selfmade waist pain prescription orally combined with Wei’s traumatology. The efficacy, VAS score and JOA score of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%(36/40), which was significantly higher than that in the control group, 72.50%(29/40), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2 = 4.020 5, P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The score was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients with lumbar disc herniation who take self-made waist pain prescription orally combined with Wei’s traumatology technique have significant curative effect.
