精神分裂症急性期脂代谢、非酶抗氧化物的关系研究

摘要 目的研究精神分裂症急性期无症状高肌酸激酶血症与脂代谢、非酶抗氧化物的关系。方法选择我院在2018年10月-2019年10月收治的72例精神分裂症急性期患者,其中合并无症状高肌酸激酶血症的36例为实践组,无合并症的36例为一般组,比较两组脂代谢及非酶抗氧化物水平。结果实践组患者HDL-C水平为(1.17±0.32)mmol/L,LDL-C水平为(3.65±1.04)mmol/L,TC水平为(4.62±1.13)mmol/L;一般组患者HDL-C水平为(1.21±0.26)mmol/L,LDL-C水平为(3.31±1.12)mmol/L,TC水平为(4.53±1.07)mmol/L,两组无显著差异(P> 0.05)。实践组患者TG水平(1.21±0.34)mmol/L低于一般组(1.57±0.62)mmol/L,存在显著差异(P <0.05)。实践组患者DBIL水平为(3.72±1.84)μmol/L,TBIL水平为(13.27±5.63)μmol/L,ALB水平为(41.57±2.69)g/L;一般组患者DBIL水平为(2.61±1.34)μmol/L,TBIL水平为(8.35±5.14)μmol/L,ALB水平为(38.04±3.73)g/L,两组存在显著差异(P <0.05)。实践组患者UA水平为(328.75±86.43)μmol/L;一般组患者UA水平为(301.15±75.36)μmol/L,两组无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论精神分裂症急性期无症状高肌酸激酶血症会降低患者的甘油三酯水平,还会对胆红素、白蛋白等非酶抗氧化物水平进行提升,联系较为密切。 Objective To study the relationship between asymptomatic high creatine kinase and lipid metabolism and non-enzymatic antioxidants in acute phase of schizophrenia. Methods 72 patients with acute schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled. Among them, 36 patients with asymptomatic high creatine kinase were in the practice group, and 36 patients without comorbidities were in general group. Compare the lipid metabolism and non-enzymatic antioxidant levels in the two groups. Conclusion Asymptomatic high creatine kinase in schizophrenia can reduce the level of triglyceride in patients and increase the level of non-enzymatic antioxidants such as bilirubin and albumin, relatively close connection.
