应用信息化管理手段促进手卫生依从性的效果评价

摘要 目的应用手机感控工作间APP信息化管理工具调查医务人员手卫生依从性,评价信息化手段对提高手卫生依从性的效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月全院医护人员为研究对象,自2018年1月起使用手机感控工作间APP通过现场观察法调查手卫生依从率,并比较2017年使用普通观察法的手卫生依从率差异。结果 2017、2018年各观察医护人员应执行手卫生次数10 335、10 765次,实际诊疗护理操作中执行6 670、7 782次,依从率分别是64.54%、72.29%。2018年手卫生依从率高于2017年,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。不同岗位手卫生依从率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。五大指征手卫生依从率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论运用手机APP移动平台信息化管理手段获取医务人员真实手卫生依从性水平。通过多维度分析,采取了一系列手卫生改进措施,达到持续提高医务人员手卫生依从性成效。 Objective To investigate the compliance of medical personnel by means of mobile phone sensing and control between APP informatization tube tools and evaluate the effect of informatization on improving compliance of hand hygiene. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, the whole hospital medical staff were selected as the research subjects. Since January 2018, the mobile sensory-controlled workshop APP had been used to investigate the hand hygiene compliance rate through on-site observation method, and the differences in the hand hygiene compliance rate of the paper survey method in 2017 had been compared. Results In 2017 and 2018, the observed medical personnel should perform 10 335 and 10 765 hand hygiene times, and 6 670 and 7 782 times in actual clinical treatment and care operations. The compliance rate was 64.54% and 72.29% respectively. The compliance rate of hand hygiene in 2018 was higher than in 2017, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the health compliance rate of different guard hands, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the five major finger signs, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Using the information management method of mobile platform of mobile phone APP to obtain the level of real hand hygiene compliance of medical personnel. Through multi-dimensional analysis, a series of hand hygiene improvement measures were adopted to continuously improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff.
