肺炎克雷伯氏菌对医务人员手二次污染情况的调查分析

Survey on Secondary Pollution Conditions of Klebsiella Pneumoniae on Medical Staff’s Hands

目的分析肺炎克雷伯氏菌对医务人员手二次污染的情况。方法将2019年1月-2019年12月间临床院内感染重点预防科室的240例医务人员依照干手方式的差异分为自然晾干法组、干手纸巾法组和个人毛巾法组,每组各80例,分别于医务人员洗手前、洗手后和干手后检测其手部菌落情况,比较三组间的差异。结果三组医务人员干手后细菌检出率分别是23.75%、25.00%和38.75%,自然晾干法组和干手纸巾法组分别与个人毛巾法组相比,组间差异显著(P <0.05)。自然晾干法组、干手纸巾法组的手部菌落数明显少于个人毛巾法组,组间对比差异明显(P <0.05);并且最常见的细菌为肺炎克雷伯氏菌,三组的占比率分别是47.37%、40.00%和41.94%。结论医务人员手干手方式不合理的影响已被肺炎克雷伯氏菌感染,而在常见的干手方式中,自然晾干和干手纸巾在保障医务人员手卫生质量合格方面作用显著。

Objective To analyze the secondary pollution conditions of klebsiella pneumoniae on medical staff’s hands. Methods 240 medical staffs worked in clinical nosocomial infection prevention department from January 2019 to December 2019 were assigned to natural drying group(80 cases), tissue wiping group(80 cases) and towel wiping group(80 cases) according to different drying methods. Before washing and after washing and drying, the bacterial colony conditions were recorded. Results After drying, the bacterial detection rate in natural drying group, tissue wiping group and towel wiping group was 23.75%, 25.00% and 38.75%;the rate in natural drying group and tissue wiping group was found to be significantly different from towel wiping group(P < 0.05);the colony counts in natural drying group and tissue wiping group were significantly smaller than those of towel wiping group(P < 0.05);the most common bacteria was klebesiella pneumoniae, which natural drying group, tissue wiping group and towel wiping group accounted for 47.37%, 40.00% and 41.94%, respectively. Conclusion The improper hand drying methods may affect the infection rates of klebsiella pneumoniae. In addition, the natural drying and tissue wiping can increase medical staff’s hand hygienic quality.
