同理心对维持性血液透析患者的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Empathy on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨同理心在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取在我院接受维持性血液透析治疗的58例患者,入院时间2016年4月-2018年4月,按照患者入院时间的不同将其分为两组,给予常规护理的29例患者作为常规组,在常规护理的基础上,应用同理心的29例患者为试验组。结果两组患者干预前心理状态差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预6个月后试验组患者心理状态各维度得分为焦虑(1.48±0.22)分、抑郁(1.33±0.32)分、恐惧(1.02±0.44)分、偏执(1.19±0.37)分、精神病症(0.78±0.21)分、躯体化(1.57±0.44)分、敌对(1.08±0.32)分、人际关系敏感(1.12±0.29)分和强迫症状(1.08±0.22)分。试验组与常规组患者干预后心理状态的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为维持性血液透析患者提供护理服务的过程中,同理心的运用有效的改善患者的心理状态,促进患者恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of empathy in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 58 patients received maintenance hemodialysis treatment in the hospital were selected and their admission time was from April 2016 to April 2018. They were divided into two groups according to the different admission time. 29 patients received routine care were taken as the routine group, on the basis of routine care, empathy was applied to 29 patients in the experimental group. Results There was no statistically significant difference in psychological status between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05). After 6 months of intervention, the scores of the psychological state of the test group were anxiety(1.48±0.22) points, depression(1.33±0.32) points, fear(1.02±0.44) points, paranoid(1.19±0.37) points, mental illness(0.78±0.21) points, somatization(1.57±0.44) points, hostile(1.08±0.32) points, interpersonal sensitivity(1.12±0.29) points and obsessive-compulsive symptoms(1.08±0.22) points. The difference between the psychological status of the experimental group and the routine group after intervention was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of providing nursing services for patients with maintenance hemodialysis, the application of empathy can effectively improve the psychological state of patients and promote their recovery.
