在妇科开腹手术中医护一体化模式的效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Medical Integration Mode in Gynecological Open Surgery Incision Nursing

目的探析在妇科开腹手术切口护理中使用医护一体化模式的临床价值。方法本文选取随机数字表法的形式对2017年1月-2019年1月期间诊治的128例妇科开腹手术患者展开分组研究,常规组(n=64)开展常规护理干预,试验组(n=64)采用医护一体化模式,比对常规组与试验组临床护理服务差异。结果试验组术后切口疼痛情况、镇痛药物使用次数(1.55±0.22)次、临床护理满意度评分(94.32±3.58)分、生活质量评分(91.54±7.36)分、切口甲级愈合率70.31%、并发症发生率29.69%对比常规组数据[(4.23±0.30)次、(81.54±4.33)分、(79.32±5.99)分、46.88%、57.81%],P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论将医护一体化模式于妇科开腹手术切口护理中利于缓解切口疼痛,减少药物使用次数,提升满意度和愈合率。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the integrated medical care model in the incision nursing of gynecological open surgery. Methods A randomized digital table method was used to conduct a group study of 128 patients underwent gynecological open surgery from January 2017 to January 2019. The routine group(n =64) was underwent routine nursing intervention. The experimental group(n =64) was underwent integrated medical care model, compared the clinical care services between the conventional group and the experimental group. Results The postoperative incision pain in the experimental group, the number of analgesic drugs used was(1.55 ± 0.22) times, the clinical nursing satisfaction score was(94.32 ± 3.58) points, the quality of life score(91.54 ± 7.36) points, the incision grade A healing rate 70.31%, the incidence of complications was 29.69%, compared with the conventional group data [(4.23 ± 0.30) times,(81.54 ± 4.33) points,(79.32 ± 5.99) points, 46.88%、57.81%], P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Integrating medical integration mode into gynecological open surgery incision care can help relieve incision pain, reduce the number of drug use, and improve satisfaction and healing rate.
