集束化护理对无肝素血液透析患者凝血的影响

Effect of Cluster Nursing on Coagulation in Patients Receiving Heparin-free Hemodialysis

目的探讨集束化护理对无肝素血液透析患者透析器凝血的影响。方法选取于2019年9月-2020年2月在本院血液净化科进行无肝素透析治疗的40例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理,统计两组患者透析器发生严重凝血的例数,比较两种护理方法对透析器凝血程度的影响。结果观察组患者的透析器严重凝血发生率为23.5%低于对照组(56.1%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.941,P <0.001)。结论集束化护理可以明显降低无肝素血液透析患者透析器凝血发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing on the coagulation of dialyzer in patients received heparin-free hemodialysis. Methods 40 patients treated by heparin-free dialysis in department of blood purification in the hospital from September 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group with 20 cases and the control group with the other 20 cases. Routine nursing was offered in the control group and cluster nursing in the observation group. The number of cases of severe coagulation that occurred in dialyzer of two groups was counted, and the effect of two nursing methods on the degree of coagulation of dialyzer was compared. Results The incidence of severe coagulation of dialyzer in the observation group was 23.5%, lower than that in the control group(56.1%), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=13.941, P < 0.001). Conclusion Cluster nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of the coagulation of dialyzer in patients receiving heparin-free hemodialysis.
