中医康复护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响

Effect of TCM Rehabilitation Nursing on Limb Function of Stroke Patients

目的对中医康复护理措施对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的效果进行研究。方法选择本院收治的70例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,选取时间段为2017年8月-2018年6月,按照患者就诊日期的单双号将其划分为两组,对照组35例,观察组35例。采用常规护理对对照组予以护理,在对照组的基础上采用中医康复护理对观察组患者予以护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果对照组和观察组在护理前的美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分(NIHSS评分)和四肢感觉功能测评(Fugl-Meyer评分)差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,观察组的NIHSS评分和Fugl-Meyer评分均明显优于对照组,两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对脑卒中患者进行中医康复护理能够使其肢体功能得到有效改善,并且提升其神经功能。

Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing measures on the recovery of limb function in stroke patients. Methods A total of 70 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the hospital were selected as subjects. The time period was from August 2017 to June 2018. The patients were divided into two groups according to the single and double numbers of the patient’s visit date, and 35 patients in the control group. 35 patients in the observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. On the basis of the control group, the patientsin the observation group were treated with TCM rehabilitation nursing, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the observation group in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score(NIHSS score) and limb sensory function assessment(Fugl-Meyer score) before treatment(P > 0.05). After the nursing, the NIHSS score and the Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P< 0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion TCM rehabilitation for stroke patients can effectively improve their limb function and enhance their neurological function.
