摘要
目的探讨分析护士分层级管理结合绩效考核模式在门诊中的应用。方法本院在2018年1月-12月实施护士分层管理结合绩效考核模式,分析和评价实施效果。与2017年1月-12月护理管理前作为对照组,对管理前后护理质量进行评价。结果在实施护士分层级管理结合绩效考核模式之后,患者等待时间为(15.2±6.7)min、护理质量评分为(93.9±19.4)分、患者满意度为(95.2±17.3)分,与管理前差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);管理后,护理人员的理论成绩与实践操作成绩明显提升,并且与管理前存在差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在门诊护理工作中应用护士分层级管理结合绩效考核模式具有显著作用,可以提升护理质量和护理满意度,缩短患者等待时间,促使护理人员提升工作技能。
Objective To explore and analyze the application of nurse hierarchical management combined with performance appraisal model in outpatient clinics. Methods From January to December 2018, the hospital was implemented the model of layered management of nurses combined with performance appraisal, and analyzed and evaluated the implementation effect. The quality of nursing before and after management was evaluated, compared with that before nursing management from January to December 2017 as the control group. Results After implementing the model of hierarchical management of nurses combined with performance appraisal, the waiting time of patients was(15.2±6.7) min, the nursing quality score was(93.9±19.4) points and the patient satisfaction score was(95.2±17.3) points. There were statistically significant differences compared with before management(P < 0.05);after management, the theoretical achievements and practical operation of nurses were achieved. The results were significantly improved, and there were statistically significant differences compared with those before management(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of nurse hierarchical management combined with performance appraisal model in outpatient nursing work has a significant effect, which can improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction, shorten the waiting time of patients, and promote nurses to improve their working skills.
