摘要
为提高居住区泊位的利用率、缓解城市居住区周边“停车难”问题,依据共享泊位概念,提出居住区错时错位泊位共享模型。首先对居住区共享泊位问题进行分析,提出一种居住区泊位“错时错位”停车共享方法,使居住区共享停车泊位能够满足长时间停车需求;其次,建立以平台收益为目标的函数,并进行研究与探讨;最后,通过仿真停车匹配实验,并与传统共享泊位的方法进行对比得出结论。结果表明:该模型不仅能为平台提供更高的收益,而且能使城市居住区的共享泊位时间利用率提高10%左右。
In order to improve the utilization rate of residential parking space and alleviate the problem of"parking difficulties"around urban residential areas,this paper proposes a shared parking space sharing model based on the concept of shared parking space.Firstly,it analyzes the problem of shared parking space in residential areas,and proposes a parking sharing method of"mistiming and dislocation"of residential parking space,so that shared parking space in residential areas can meet the demand of long-term parking.Secondly,the function of platform revenue is established and studied.Finally,through the simulation parking matching experiment and comparison with the traditional shared parking space method,the result shows that the model can not only provide higher benefits for the platform,but also improve the shared parking space time utilization rate of urban residential areas by about 10%.
