考虑均衡满载率的多车型定制公交调度模型 被引量:2

摘要 为提高定制公交运营方的经济效益,减少乘客出行成本,研究多车型定制公交调度问题。通过设计考虑均衡满载率的发车机制与相应的发车时刻递推公式,可有效保障运营方的单车收益,并减少乘客的等待时间。在此基础上,结合乘客需求时间分布和多车型组合配置,建立以运营方收益最大和乘客等待时间最小为目标的多目标规划模型,设计求解车辆组合配置和发车时刻的遗传算法。结果表明,考虑均衡满载率的多车型定制公交调度能够有效地利用车辆资源、减少乘客等待时间、提高乘车舒适度以及保障运营方的单车收益。 In order to improve the economic benefits of customized bus operators and reduce passenger travel costs,a multi-type customized bus operation plan problem is studied.By designing a departure mechanism that considers equilibrium load rate and the corresponding recursive formula for departure time,the revenue of each vehicle of the operator can be effectively guaranteed and passenger waiting time can be reduced.Based on this,combining the time distribution of passenger demand and multi-type combination configuration,a multi-objective programming model aiming at the maximum revenue of the operator and the minimum waiting time of passengers is established,and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the vehicle combination configuration and departure time.The result shows that the multi-type customized bus operation plan model considering equilibrium load rate can effectively utilize vehicle resources,reduce passenger waiting time,improve ride comfort and ensure the revenue of each vehicle of the operator.
