新国标视域下知识传授与价值引领同频共振的实现路径探索

THE WAYS OF COMBINING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION WITH IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE NEW NATIONAL STANDARD

一直以来,党和国家都十分重视高校的思想政治教育工作。习近平总书记分别在16年末全国高校思想政治工作会议和2019年3月高校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上的讲话都对高校的思想政治教育工作做了重要论述,尤其都提到了高校知识传授与价值引领结合的问题。18年初教育部发布的《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》又以国家标准的形式强调高校知识传授与价值引领必须有机结合起来。本文基于高校专业教育与思政教育结合的功能、目前高校专业课教师的认知现状以及国外高校的一些惯常做法有针对性地提出了高校知识传授与价值引领同向同行的具体路径。

The party and the state have attached great importance to ideological and political education in universities.General Secretary Xi Jinping have made important statements about the ideological and political education in universities,especially on the combination of professional education and ideological and political education in universities,at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Universities at the end of 2016 and the Teachers’Symposium on Ideological and Political Theory Course in Universities in 2019.The National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Specialty in Universities issued by the Ministry of Education at the beginning of 2018 emphasized that the professional education and ideological and political education in universities must be organically combined.This paper,based on the current cognitive status of professional teachers in universities and some common practices of foreign universities,proposes some concrete ways on how to combine professional education and ideological and political education in universities.
