现代学徒制下校企协同育人学生管理的实践研究——以江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校为例

Practical Research on Student Management in School-Enterprise Collaborative Education under Modern Apprenticeship:Taking Yangzhou Tourism&Business Vocational School as an Example

随着职业教育改革的不断深化,职业学校现代学徒制孕育而生。江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校探索烹饪、旅游管理、电子商务专业现代学徒制下有效的学生管理,从现代学徒制下校企双方学生管理的现状出发,通过完善校企协同育人机制、探索管理创新,实施特色管理育人举措,提升了现代学徒制下学生管理成效。

With the continuous deepening of vocational education reform,the modern apprenticeship of vocational schools came into being.Yangzhou Tourism&Business School explores effective student management under modern apprenticeship in such majors as cooking,tourism management,and e-commerce.Starting from the current situation of student management on both sides of the school and enterprise under modern apprenticeship,this paper aims to improve the effect of student management under modern apprenticeship by improving the school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism,exploring management innovation,implementing characteristic management and education.
