摘要
研究在住院医师规范化培训中EBM+PBL教学方法对泌尿外科医务人员的指导作用。实验采用随机分配的原则,根据给予的教学方式的不同,具体设置了观察组和对照组,每组30名泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训学员,观察组学员会接受到新的教学方法(PBL+EBM教学方法组),而对照组则是接收传统教学(传统教学方法组)。以统计所有学员调查问卷和出科考试成绩结果来评价教学效果,我们发现PBL+EBM教学法对于培养学员各方面能力都有帮助。
In order to study the guiding role of EBM+PBL teaching method for urology medical staff in standardized training of residents.The experiment adopts the principle of random allocation.Depending on the teaching method given,observation group and control group were set up specifically.Each group of 30 urology residents were students receiving standardized training.The students of the observation group will receive new teaching methods(PBL+EBMteaching method group),while the control group chose to receive traditional teaching(traditional teaching methodology group),to evaluate the results of the questionnaire and the test results of all students to evaluate the teaching effect.We found that the PBL+EBM teaching method can help train students in all aspects.
