The Influence,Causes and Preventive Measures of Children's Sexual Abuse

我国每年性侵儿童的案件层出不穷,据北大法宝司法案例库统计,从2013年伊始截止到2019年底,全国范围内,仅法院宣判性侵儿童的刑事案件已经超过1.5万件,案件发生率呈现逐年上升趋势,性侵案件的发生损害儿童身心健康甚至会影响其终生福祉,影响多个家庭的稳定,导致社会信任危机,影响和谐社会构建。本文通过对国内外相关学者研究的梳理,分析儿童性侵犯罪的案发现状、缘起以及对儿童的自身和家庭等带来的影响,进而分析儿童性侵、儿童犯罪的预防性侵害对策。

There are endless cases of sexual abuse on children every year in China.According to the statistics of the judicial case database of magic weapon of Peking University,by the end of 2019,the number of criminal cases of sexual abuse on children only declared by the court has exceeded 15000,and the incidence of cases is on the rise year by year.The occurrence of sexual abuse will damage the physical and mental health of children and even affect their life-long well-being,and affect the stability of multiple families.It leads to the crisis of social trust and affects the construction of a harmonious society.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper analyzes the current situation and origin of children's sexual abuse crime,as well as its impact on children's own and family,and then analyzes the preventive measures of children's sexual abuse crime.
