农村残疾人精准脱贫过程中的社会工作介入——基于青岛市Y村的实地调查

Social Work Intervention in the Process of Rural Disabled People's Precise Poverty Alleviation:Based on the Field Survey of Y Village,Qingdao City

残疾人的贫困问题是全社会不可忽视的问题,是全面建成小康社会一项重要又紧迫的任务。本文基于对Y村25位残疾人的实地访谈,了解脱贫过程中存在的问题,分析在这一过程中社会工作介入的可行性及困难,探讨如何构建助力脱贫的社会工作服务体系。

The poverty of the disabled is a problem that can't be ignored by the whole society,and it is an important and urgent task to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Based on the field interviews with 25 disabled people in Y village,this paper aims to understand the problems existing in the process of poverty alleviation,analyze the feasibility and difficulties of social work intervention in this process,and explore how to build a social work service system to help poverty alleviation.
