口服中药复方治疗溃疡性结肠炎大肠湿热证的疗效系统性评价

A systematic evaluation of the efficacy of oral Chinese herbal compound on ulcerative colitis with the damp-heat syndrome of large intestine

目的系统评价口服中药复方治疗溃疡性结肠炎大肠湿热证的随机对照实验的疗效。方法通过数据库检索文献,纳入10年内采用辨证论治指导下的中药复方治疗溃疡性结肠炎大肠湿热证的随机对照临床实验(RCT)及临床观察。采用Jadad质量评分表对文献进行评价,采用RevMan5.3软件进行本研究的数据统计。结果最终纳入6篇文献,包含378例患者。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组临床有效率优于对照组,中药复方能改善主要临床症状及提高内镜下肠道评分。结论中药复方治疗溃疡性结肠炎大肠湿热证疗效优于西医,但该论文纳入文献较少、质量不等,还需严格设计高质量随机对照双盲实验加以证实。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of oral Chinese herbal compound on ulcerative colitis with damp-heat syndrome of large intestine in randomized controlled trials.Methods The literature was searched through the database,and the randomized controlled clinical trial(RCT)and clinical observation of treating ulcerative colitis with damp-heat syndrome of large intestine with Chinese herbal compound under the guidance of treatment according to syndrome differentiation in the past 10 years were included.The literature was evaluated by Jadad quality scale,and the data of this study were counted by the RevMan5.3 software.Results Six papers covering 378 patients were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,and Chinese herbal compound could ameliorate the main clinical symptoms and improve the scores of intestinal tract under endoscopy.Conclusion Chinese herbal compound has a better efficacy than western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with damp-heat syndrome of large intestine.However,with the variant quality of scanty literature included in this paper,it still needs further confirmation by the strict design of high-quality randomized controlled double-blind experiments.
