摘要
着色牙严重影响爱美人士的生活质量。贴面、冠修复是临床上治疗着色牙的常用方法,但是需要磨除一部分牙体组织。牙齿漂白是治疗着色牙的一种微创治疗方法,无须磨除牙体组织,能最大限度的保存天然牙体组织。现阶段关于在牙齿漂白后进行树脂修复的研究较多,本综述将从拉伸强度,微硬度,牙齿表面形态,牙本质敏感,时间等方面对漂白后进行树脂修复的疗效评估作一系统回顾,希望能对临床工作有所帮助。
Stained teeth seriously affects the quality of life of beauty lovers.Veneer and crown restoration are common methods for clinical treatment of stained teeth,but it is necessary to abrade part of the tooth tissue.Tooth bleaching is a minimally invasive treatment for stained teeth,which does not require removal of tooth tissue and can preserve natural tooth tissue to the greatest extent.At present,there are many researches on resin restoration after tooth bleaching.This paper will systematically review the efficacy evaluation of resin restoration after bleaching in terms of tensile strength,micro-hardness,tooth surface morphology,dentin sensitivity and time,hoping to be helpful for clinical work.
