半夏泻心汤应用于脾虚胃热型消渴病患者的临床治疗价值探讨

Clinical value of Banxia Xiexin decoction in patients with spleen deficiency and stomach heat type diabetes

目的分析半夏泻心汤用于治疗脾虚胃热型消渴病的临床疗效。方法将我院于2019年2~7月收治的脾虚胃热型消渴病患者63例随机分为两组,参照组31例患者实施常规治疗,治疗组32例患者实施常规治疗+半夏泻心汤治疗,比较两组脾虚胃热型消渴病患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者治疗后的症状缓解时间、中医症状评分、生活质量评分、血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平及治疗有效率明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组治疗后的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对脾虚胃热型消渴病患者开展半夏泻心汤治疗的效果十分显著,利于患者疾病的改善,促进患者生活质量的提高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction for the treatment of spleen deficiency and stomach heat type diabetes.Methods 63 patients with spleen deficiency and stomach heat type diabetes admitted to our hospital from February to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=31)was given routine treatment,and the treatment group(n=32)was given the routine treatment and Banxia Xiexin decoction.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The time of symptom relief,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,quality of life score,blood glucose level,glycated hemoglobin level and treatment effectiveness in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant;there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Banxia Xiexin decoction for patients with spleen deficiency and stomach heat type diabetes is significantly effective,which is conducive to improve patients’condition and the quality of life.
