穴位按摩治疗气血虚弱型缺乳的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage in the treatment of hypogalactia caused by asthenia of qi and blood

目的探讨穴位按摩治疗气血虚弱型缺乳的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1~8月于我院进行治疗的气血虚弱型缺乳产妇460例,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理进行干预,研究组在采用常规护理上联合穴位按摩进行干预,研究对比两组患者整体泌乳效果的差异。结果治疗后研究组和对照组治疗的有效率分别为91.3%和81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后2、3、4、5d泌乳评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产后泌乳时间较对照组显著提前(P<0.05),研究组产后72h、5d泌乳充足例数显著多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对气血虚弱型缺乳产妇进行干预治疗的过程中,采用常规护理联合穴位按摩效果显著,可显著提升泌乳质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage in the treatment of hypogalactia caused by asthenia of qi and blood.Methods 460 parturients with hypogalactia caused by asthenia of qi and blood who were treated at our hospital from January to August 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group adopted routine nursing for intervention,while the study group adopted routine nursing combined with acupoint massage for intervention.The differences in overall lactation effect between the two groups of patients were studied and compared.Results After treatment,the response rates were 91.3%and 81.3%in the study group and the control group,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The lactation scores in the study group at 2,3,4 and 5d after intervention were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The postpartum lactation time in the study group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of subjects with sufficient lactation 72h and 5d after delivery in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of intervention therapy for parturients with hypogalactia caused by asthenia of qi and blood,routine nursing combined with acupoint massage has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the quality of lactation.
