茶树精油在失禁性皮炎重症患者护理中的应用

Application of tea tree oil in nursing of patients with severe incontinent dermatitis

目的探讨对患者失禁性皮炎的重症患者使用茶树精油护理的临床效果。方法对本院重症患者展开研究,选取2017年3月~2019年3月60例失禁性皮炎的患者进行研究,采用随机分组的方式,将其中30例使用3M液体敷料和造口护肤粉进行常规护理的患者纳入对照组,其余30例使用茶树精油护理的患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理IAD的分级显示轻度、中度和重度的患者与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均护理时间、平均护理次数和皮肤愈合时间分别为(2.34±0.88)d、(2.33±0.74)次和(3.12±1.06)d,与对照组的(4.56±1.09)d、(10.57±3.21)次和(6.96±1.25)d比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对失禁性皮炎的患者使用茶树精油护理不仅可以减轻患者的痛苦,还可保障创面的清爽,促进皮疹的消退和炎症的吸收,加速新陈代谢,加快患者创面的愈合,在一程度上减少护理工作量,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tea tree oil in nursing of patients with severe incontinent dermatitis.Methods 60 patients with severe incontinence dermatitis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.According to the random grouping method,30 patients who used 3M liquid dressing and ostomy skin care powder for conventional nursing were included in the control group,and the remaining 30 patients who were treated with tea tree oil were included in the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The grade of nursing IAD in the observation group showed statistically significant differences with the control group in patients with mild,moderate and severe diseases(P<0.05).The average nursing duration,average times of nursing and time to skin healing in observation group were(2.34±0.88)d,(2.33±0.74)times and(3.12±1.06)d,respectively,which were statistically significantly different from the control group[(4.56±1.09)d,(10.57±3.21)times and(6.96±1.25)d,respectively](P<0.05).Conclusion The use of tea tree oil in the treatment of patients with incontinent dermatitis can not only relieve pain of patients,but also ensure the freshness of the wounds,promote the rash subsidence and inflammation absorption,accelerate the metabolism and wounds healing,and reduce the nursing work to a certain extent,with significant clinical application value.
