Dengue fever is an acute vector-borne infectious disease mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions, and is highly contagious.Therefore, rapid and accurate detection of suspected cases of dengue fever is very important in epidemic surveillance and prevention. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of dengue fever etiology and serological detection methods, with a view to guiding clinical rapid, accurate and effective detection of dengue fever, improving the detection rate of dengue fever, and avoiding misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis and extended diagnosis.
