摘要
目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗H型高血压病患者的效果。方法选取2019年7~12月我院收治的80例H型高血压病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用西药硝苯地平片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血压及血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组舒张压与收缩压较低于对照组[(76.13±3.73)mmHg vs(83.52±3.90)mmHg]、[(135.64±7.12)mmHg vs (145.50±5.86)mmHg],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组Hcy低于对照组[(12.60±2.72)μmol/L vs(14.83±2.54)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤加减联合西药硝苯地平片治疗H型高血压病可增强降压疗效,降低血浆Hcy水平,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on patients with H-type hypertension.Methods 80 patients with Htype hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as the research object, and were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the western medicine nifedipine tablets, and the treatment group added Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy, blood pressure and plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 80.00%, which was higher than 62.50% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group [(76.13 ±3.73) mmHg vs(83.52±3.90) mmHg],[(135.64±7.12) mmHg vs(145.50±5.86) mmHg],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group Hcy was lower than the control group [(12.60±2.72) μmol/L vs(14.83±2.54) μmol/L], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with western medicine nifedipine tablets in the treatment of H-type hypertension can enhance the effect of reducing blood pressure, reduce plasma Hcy level, and has high clinical application value.
