摘要
目的分析小儿呼吸系统感染后肺炎支原体抗体检测的作用。方法选取2019年1~6月在我院诊治的464例小儿呼吸系统感染患儿设为观察组,另选取同期在我院体检健康小儿90例设为对照组,分别检测两组肺炎支原体免疫球蛋白M(IgM)抗体水平并比较,分析观察组不同年龄、性别、发病时间肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性检出率。结果观察组肺炎支原体IgM抗体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性患儿肺炎支原体IgM抗体检测阳性率高于男性患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1岁以下的患儿肺炎支原体IgM抗体检测阳性率低于1~3岁、4~6岁、6岁以上患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且6岁以上患儿的阳性检测率最高;发病5 d后患儿肺炎支原体IgM抗体检测阳性率高于发病时间5 d以内患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿呼吸系统感染后肺炎支原体IgM抗体水平升高,但不同年龄段、性别以及发病时间患儿肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性检出率存在差异,临床应依据小儿患病年龄、性别、发病时间特点分析其参考价值。
Objective To analyze the role of antibody detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with respiratory system infection. Methods A total of 464 children with respiratory infections in our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 90 healthy children with physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Protein M(IgM) antibody levels were compared and analyzed.The positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody in different ages, genders and time of onset in the observation group was analyzed.Results The IgM antibody level of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rate of IgM antibody detection in female children was higher than that in male patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody detection in children under 1 year old was lower than that in children 1 to 3 years old, 4 to 6 years old, and over 6 years old, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05), and positive for children over 6 years old the detection rate was the highest;the positive rate of IgM antibody detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children after 5 d of onset is higher than that of children within 5 d of onset,the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusion The level of IgM antibody of Mycoplasma pneumoniae increased after respiratory infection in children, but the positive detection rate of Ig M antibody of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children of different ages, genders and onset time differs. Clinical analysis should be based on the characteristics of age, sex and time of onset in children Its reference value.
