滇中引水工程测量控制系统的研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 滇中引水工程测量控制系统的建立面临着测区跨度长、平均海拔高、高差变化大、区段衔接难等技术难题。针对工程的特长跨度,提出了窄分带投影方法控制高斯改化变形;并根据工程平均海拔高、高差变化大的特点,研究了适应高程变化的投影补偿新方法,精准控制高程归化变形量。在区段衔接方面,系统研究了椭球变换方案,确定了广义微分的椭球膨胀连接方式;并结合垂直投影方法,控制坐标数值的变化量,衔接前后测量成果。研究成果总体上为滇中引水工程提供了一整套高精度的测量控制系统设计方案,为特大型跨流域调水工程的测量技术提供了独特样本和经验。 The establishment of measurement control system for Water Diversion Project in Central Yunnan Province faced several technical difficulties,such as long span of survey area,high average altitude,large variation of elevation difference and difficult connection of sections.In view of the long span of the project,a narrow band projection method was presented to control the Gauss deformation.Then aiming at the characteristics of high average elevation and great difference of elevation for the project,a new elevation variation adaptive projection compensation was studied,which can control the deformation of elevation naturalized accurately.In the aspect of section connection,the ellipsoid transformation method was researched systematically,the ellipsoid expansion connection mode of generalized differential was determined,and the vertical projection method was applied to control the change of coordinate value and connect the measurement results of the two sections.In general,a complete set of high precision design scheme for measurement control system is provided for Water Diversion Project in Central Yunnan Province,and a unique sample and experience are also offered for the measurement technology of the super large cross basin water diversion projects.
