摘要
教育理论素养是指教师在经过一定的教育理论研修和学习后,将教育理论知识内化成从事教育实践活动的态度和能力,以及在教育教学实践中表现出的惯常教育修养。教师教育理论素养由教育理论知识、教育研究能力、教育学习能力及教育创新能力四个核心要素构成。教育理论素养能够为中小学教师的教育实践提供价值性与原则性引领,为中小学教师的实践教学提供必要的反思性教育智慧,是中小学教师开展创造性教育实践的智力来源和思想基础。当前,我国中小学教师的教育理论素养状况并不理想,中小学教师对教育理论价值的认识存在偏差、自觉运用教育理论探究教育实践问题的意识欠缺,教师教育理论素养存在“知”与“行”的断裂。为此,应采取政策引领,将教育理论素养列入中小学教师评价体系中;重塑中小学课堂教学文化,推动以创新为引领的中小学课堂教学改革;创新中小学教师教育培训模式,提升中小学教师教育理论素养的培育水平。
Educational theory literacy refers that teachers internalize the knowledge of education theory into their attitudes and abilities to engage in educational practice,as well as the usual education and accomplishment in education and teaching practice,after a certain amount of educational theory study and learning.Teachers’educational theory literacy is composed of four core elements:educational theory knowledge,educational research ability,educational learning ability,and educational innovation ability.Educational theory literacy can provide value and principle guidance for the educational practice of primary and secondary school teachers,and provide the necessary reflective educational wisdom for their practical teaching.It is the intellectual source and ideological basis for creative education practice of primary and middle school teachers.At present,the educational theory literacy of teachers in primary and secondary schools in our country is not ideal.Teachers in primary and secondary schools have deviation in the value of educational theory.Awareness of using educational theory to explore issues in educational practice is also lacking.There is a break between“knowledge”and“action”in teacher educational theory literacy.We hold the opinion that educational theory literacy should be included in the evaluation system for primary and secondary school teachers through policy guidance,reshaping classroom teaching culture,promoting innovation-oriented classroom teaching reforms,and innovating the education training mode of primary and secondary school teachers to improve the cultivation of their educational theory literacy.
