Correctly Grasp the Standing and Position of“Double High-level Plan”

中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设是当前全国高职教育战线的重大战略任务。为了认真落实好这一国家战略,实现中央财政支持的预期目标,高职院校需进一步提高站位,并进行科学合理的定位。在对我国高职教育发展历程以及党中央国务院确定的中国教育现代化目标进行全面分析的基础上,高职院校应当提高政治站位,明确抓好自身内涵建设,推动高职文化建设,引领职业教育高质量发展,努力为世界职业教育提供中国方案。

The construction of high-level vocational colleges and specialties with Chinese characteristics is a major strategic task of the current national higher vocational education field.In order to implement this national strategy and achieve the expected goal of central financial support,higher vocational colleges need to further improve their positions and make scientific and reasonable positioning.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the development process of higher vocational education in China and the goal of China’s educational modernization set by the central committee of the CPC and the state council,higher vocational colleges should improve their political positions,grasp their own connotation construction,promote the cultural construction,lead the high-quality development of vocational education,and strive to provide Chinese solutions for the world’s vocational education.
