摘要 针对传统油管无损检测系统数据传输方式不高效、不灵活的问题,论文提出设计基于低功率广域网络(LowPower Wide-Area Network,LPWAN)和局部区域网(Local Area Network,LAN)传输方式的混合通信模式的数据通道。选择符合LPWAN传输协议以及LAN传输协议的模块来设计无损检测装置与上位机间的数据传输通道。实际应用效果表明,文中所采用的LPWAN无线通信模式可以使油管无损检测系统的下位机方便的布置于容易损毁传感器线路的现场,所采用的LAN传输方式有效地杜绝了现有USB接口设备升级时传输数据量受限的问题,采取LAN传输方式使传输速度得到提高,为增加采集通道数量和提高检测精度提供了基础。 Aiming at the existing problem of inefficient and inflexible data transmission mode in traditional non-destructive testing system of tubing,this paper proposed the data transmission channel of hybrid communication mode based on lowpower wide-area network( LPWAN) and local area network( LAN). The data transmission channel between the non-destructive testing device and the upper computer is designed through selecting the modules that conform to the LPWAN protocol and the LAN protocol. The practical application results show that the proposed LPWAN wireless communication mode enables the lower computer of tubing non-destructive testing system to be conveniently arranged on the site where the sensor line is easy to be damaged,and the proposed LAN transmission mode effectively eliminates the problem of limited data transfer when upgrading the existing USB interface device. The transmission speed is improved,which lays foundation for increasing the number of acquisition channels and improving the detection accuracy.
