摘要
干姜(或生姜)、细辛、半夏、五味子(“姜辛夏味”)是张仲景治疗寒痰水饮证的经典药物组合,吕翠霞教授继承并发扬其精华,将“姜辛夏味”配伍用于痰咳的治疗。吕老师认为,痰咳的病机为痰浊壅滞、肺失宣肃,治疗当以恢复肺之宣降为务,故无论外感内伤、寒痰热痰,皆用“姜辛夏味”配伍,以其收、散、升、降之效俱备,顺应肺之生理特性。同时,吕老师处方亦注重辨证化裁,治疗慢性咳嗽或寒痰水饮所致咳嗽,法遵仲景,多用原方;对证属痰热郁肺及兼有其他症状者,或配伍他药,或随证易换某一药味。
The compatibility of Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis),or Shengjiang(Fresh Ginger),Xixin(Asarum),Banxia(Pinellia Ternata),Wuweizi(Schisandra Chinensis),“Jiang Xin Xia Wei”for short,is a classical combination created by ZHANG Zhongjing for treating cold phlegm and water drinking syndrome.Professor LYU Cuixia passes on and carries forward the essence of the combination,and uses the compatibility in the treatment of phlegm-cough.Professor LYU believes the pathogenesis of phlegm-cough is phlegm turbidity stagnation causing lung qi failing to diffuse,purify and descend.Therefore,in treating the disease,restoring the lungs’functions of governing ascent,dispersion,purification and descent should be considered firstly.Because the compatibility of“Jiang Xin Xia Wei”has the effect of astringing,dispersing,ascending and descending which conforms to the physiological characteristics of the lung,so no matter external attack or internal injury,cold phlegm or hot phlegm,all of them can be treated by this compatibility.Professor LYU also pays attention to syndrome differentiation.In treating chronic cough or cough caused by cold phlegm,she uses the original compatibility created by ZHNG zhongjing.In treating cough of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome or cough with other symptoms,she either uses“Jiang Xin Xia Wei”compatibility with other medicinals,or replaces a certain medicinal in the compatibility with another.
