重症病毒性肺炎患者营养支持治疗研究进展

Research Progress of Nutritional Support Therapy in Patients with Severe Viral Pneumonia

目的为医疗团队顺利开展营养支持治疗提供参考。方法汇总、分析重症病毒性肺炎住院患者营养支持治疗实施过程中的常见问题。结果与结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情近期在国内暴发并全球蔓延,部分患者发展为重症肺炎,需住院治疗。目前,尚缺乏特效的抗病毒药物,其临床治疗以改善呼吸功能、对症支持、控制并发症、保护脏器功能为主要治疗原则,科学、规范的营养支持治疗对于患者疾病控制、预后改善至关重要。

Objective To provide reference for the medical team to carry out nutrition support therapy smoothly. Methods The common problems in the implementation of nutritional support therapy for patients with severe viral pneumonia were summarized and analyzed.Results and Conclusion Recently,the coronavirus disease 2019( COVID-19) epidemic outbreak in China and spread all over the world. Some patients with severe pneumonia need to be hospitalized. At present,there is a lack of specific antiviral drugs. The main principles of clinical treatment are to improve respiratory function,symptomatic support,control complications and protect organ function. Scientific and standardized nutritional support therapy is very important for patients’ disease control,prognosis and improvement.
