医药类高校“药德·药规·药技”人才培养企业满意度评价体系的建立 被引量:4

摘要 目的基于校企合作模式,了解企业对"药德·药规·药技"人才培养的满意度。方法阐述"药德·药规·药技"职业特质的内涵,建立基于"药德·药规·药技"人才培养质量的企业满意度评价体系,对学校在浙江省内21家校企合作医药企业进行调查,运用模糊综合评价法计算企业对学校培养的人才的满意度。结果企业对学校"药德·药规·药技"人才培养的总体满意度水平为74. 697 5分,达"满意"等级,其中"药德"满意度最高(76. 055分,"非常满意"等级),"药规"次之(75. 57分,"非常满意"等级),"药技"满意度最低(70. 237 5分,"满意"等级)。结论学校的"药德·药规·药技"人才培养模式得到了企业的认可,特别是作为根本的药德教育和药规教育成效良好,企业非常满意;但在药技教育上仍有较大提升空间。学校今后需继续深化产教融合协同育人模式,紧紧围绕新时代背景下医药行业转型发展对高素质人才的新需求,特别是医药专业技术技能方面的要求,提高人才培养质量,优化医药人才结构。 Objective To understand the corporation satisfaction evaluation of ″Ethics · Regulations · Skills″ talent cultivation based on school-enterprise cooperation. Methods By expounding the connotation of ″Ethics · Regulations · Skills″ professionalism,the evaluation index system of corporation satisfaction of ″Ethics · Regulations · Skills″ talent cultivation was built;21 school-enterprisecorporations were investigated. Fuzzy synthesis estimate method was used to evaluate the corporation satisfaction levels. Results The overall satisfaction of corporation satisfaction was 74. 697 5 points,reaching the level of ″satisfactory″. The satisfaction level of ″Ethics″ was the highest( 76. 055,″highly satisfactory″),″Regulations″ was the secondary( 75. 57,″highly satisfactory″),and ″Skills″was the lowest( 70. 237 5,″satisfactory″) . Conclusion The school’s ″Ethics·Regulations·Skills″ talent cultivationmode has been recognized by the enterprise,especially″Ethics″ and ″Regulations″,which are the fundamental part of pharmacy education,have achieved good results,and the enterprisesare very satisfied. However,in the field of ″Skills″,we still have room for improvement. In the future,the schools need to continue to deepen the mode of integration of industry,education and collaborative education,and focus on the new needs of high-quality talents for the transformation and development of the pharmaceutical industry in the context of the new era,especially the requirements for technical skills of the medical profession,improve the quality of talent training,and optimize the structure of pharmaceutical talent.
