坤泰胶囊联合螺内酯治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床评价

Kuntai Capsules Combined with Spironolactone on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合螺内酯治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效及对患者激素分泌及胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响。方法选取医院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的PCOS患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各60例。两组患者均口服螺内酯片,治疗组患者加服坤泰胶囊,均连续治疗4周。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的血清黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及毛发评分、痤疮评分均显著降低,且治疗组患者上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(3.33%比5.00%,χ^2=0.209,P=0.648>0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合螺内酯治疗PCOS能改善临床症状,调节血清中激素水平,减轻IR。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kuntai Capsules combined with spironolactone on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and its effect on hormone secretion and insulin resistance(IR).Methods A total of 120 patients with PCOS enrolled in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and treatment group by random number table method,60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with spironolactone tablets orally,and the treatment group was added with Kuntai Capsule.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was90.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T),the HOMA-IR scores,and the hair scores and acne scoresin the two groups all significantly decreased,and the improvements in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(3.33%vs.5.00%,χ^2=0.209,P=0.648>0.05).Conclusion Kuntai Capsules combined with spironolactone has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by regulating serum hormone level and reducing insulin resistance.
