借助教育部《高等学校科技统计资料汇编》数据,对2011-2017年我国高等医药院校科研活动投入与产出数据进行现状与趋势分析,对医药高校投入配置提出建议,包括优化研究人员结构、建立科研绩效激励机制、拓宽资金来源渠道等。

With the help of data from Compilation of Statistics on Science and Technology of Colleges and Universities by the Ministry of Education,the paper analyzes the current situation and trend of input and output data of scientific research activities in China's medical colleges and universities from 2011 to 2017,and puts forward suggestions for the allocation of medical colleges and universities'input,including optimizing the structure of researchers,establishing scientific research performance incentive mechanism,broadening funding sources channels,etc.
