摘要
通过对汽车塑料进气岐管结构简要分析,比较了熔芯法和振动焊接的优缺点,提出了汽车塑料进气岐管采用振动摩擦焊接的工艺要求,简单分析了进气歧管结构的振动熔接工艺步骤和焊接线设计原则,并结合实际案例进行了介绍。
In this paper,through a brief analysis of the structure of the automotive plastic intake manifold,the advantages and disadvantages of the fusion core method and vibration welding are compared,the process requirements of the automotive plastic intake manifold using vibration friction welding are proposed,and the structure of the intake manifold is simply analyzed.Vibration welding process steps and welding line design principles are introduced in conjunction with actual cases.
