摘要
生活垃圾中含有大量的废塑料,由于其物理化学结构稳定、在自然环境中可能数十甚至数百年不会被分解,因此废塑料对环境造成了严重的污染和危害。利用电磁加热技术,采用双螺旋推进式结构,产生有用的裂解油、裂解气和炭黑,可以实现废塑料的连续高效裂解,达到高值化循环利用的目的。
Domestic waste contains a lot of waste plastics.Because of its stable physical and chemical structure,it may not be decomposed in the natural environment for tens or even hundreds of years.Therefore,waste plastics cause serious pollution and harm to the environment.The equipment mentioned in this article uses electromagnetic heating technology and adopts a double-helical propulsion structure to produce useful cracking oil,cracking gas and carbon black,which can achieve continuous and efficient cracking of waste plastics and achieve the purpose of high value recycling.
