摘要
塑料挤出同步拉伸湿法薄膜经同步拉伸机进行双向拉伸后,需经萃取装置完成萃取成孔操作,薄膜在萃取装置内的输运属于有毒有害、受限空间、长行程的薄膜穿引场合。鉴于以上问题,需研制一种薄膜穿引用自动收放绳装置以实现塑料薄膜穿引过程引膜绳的自动卷取收放功能,收放绳可控性强、结构简单、移动调整、收放绳辊更换方便快捷,极大地降低了操作者工作强度、节省薄膜穿引时间、提高引膜效率。
The wet film of plastic extrusion and synchronous drawing is drawn in two directions by the synchronous drawing machine,and then it needs to be extracted into holes by the extraction device.The transportation of the film in the extraction device belongs to the poisonous,harmful,confined space and long-distance film threading occasions.In view of the above problems,it is necessary to develop an automatic reeling and releasing device for film threading to realize the automatic reeling and releasing function of the film guiding rope in the process of plastic film threading.It has the advantages of strong controllability,simple structure,moving adjustment,convenient and quick replacement of the rope reels,which greatly reduces the work intensity of the operator,saves the time of film threading and improves the efficiency of film drawing.
