几种硅烷偶联剂对二元共聚氯醇橡胶与聚酯纤维黏合性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文分别探讨了硅烷偶联剂的浓度和使用方法对二元共聚氯醇橡胶与聚酯纤维粘合性能的影响,通过进行二元共聚氯醇橡胶与聚酯纺织物粘合试验,探究了碱液配置浓度对聚酯纺织物强度的影响以及碱液处理时间对聚酯纺织物强度及黏合的剥离强度的影响,结果表明采用合适的方法和选择合适的硅烷偶联剂可以达到提高产品质量并且简化工艺、降低成本的效果,有光明的应用前景。 This article discusses the influence of the concentration and application method of silane coupling agent on the adhesion properties of binary copolymerized chlorohydrin rubber and polyester fiber.By conducting the adhesion test of binary copolymerized chlorohydrin rubber and polyester textile,the effect of the concentration of lye on the strength of polyester textile and the effect of lye treatment time on the strength and peel strength of polyester textile are discussed.The results show that adopting appropriate methods and choosing appropriate silane coupling agents can achieve the effects of improving product quality,simplifying processes and reducing costs,and it has bright application prospects.
