摘要
轮胎硫化机是轮胎制造过程中的关键设备,液压式硫化机由于垂直升降,精度高,适合于高扁平化子午轮胎制造,而被大量的推广和运用。液压硫化机关键的动力来源于液压系统,是由液压能转化为机械能。在液压硫化机的使用过程中,客户最困扰和最棘手的故障就是液压泄露问题,所以确保液压系统不泄露是液压硫化机稳定运行的前提条件。液压阀组是液压系统的关键部件,本文重点分析液压阀组的泄露、处理对策等,同时关注液压接头的泄露问题。
The tire curing press is a key equipment in the tire manufacturing process.The hydraulic curing press is widely promoted and used because of its vertical lifting and high precision,which is suitable for the manufacture of highly flat radial tires.The key power of the hydraulic curing press comes from the hydraulic system,which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy.In the process of using the hydraulic curing press,the most troublesome problem for the customer is hydraulic leakage.Therefore,ensuring that the hydraulic system does not leak is a prerequisite for stable operation of the hydraulic curing press.The hydraulic valve block is a key component of the hydraulic system.This article focuses on the analysis of hydraulic valve block leakage,treatment countermeasures,etc.At the same time,it pays attention to the leakage of hydraulic joints.
