This article introduces the fault diagnosis function of the PROFINET network in the three-roller liner production line.It utilizes the diagnostic software package PNIODiag provided by Siemens with FB126 as the core to simplify the diagnostic evaluation process of the distributed I/O connected to S7-SIMATIC,and displays the fault status on the WINCC man-machine interface.It is convenient for debugging personnel,maintenance personnel and operators to find problems and lay the foundation for later preventive maintenance.
