为了提高三角热贴的胎圈质量、降低员工劳动强度、减少操作人员,在三角热贴生产线的贴合胎圈工位增加了两台ABB机器人用于复合后胎圈的收取和摆放。本文主要介绍了ABB机器人在该生产线中的应用、机器人的日常维修保养以及常见故障判断。

In order to improve the quality of the triangle bead,reduce the labor intensity of the employees,and reduce the number of operators,two ABB robots were added to the bead station of the triangle bead production line for the collection and placement of the compound bead.This article mainly introduces the application of ABB robot in the production line,the daily maintenance of the robot and the judgment of common faults.
