基于熵权-层次分析法的东部地区经济活力评价

Evaluation of Economic Vitality of East China Based on Entropy Weight and Analytic Hierarchy Process

党的十九届四中全会指出要形成优势互补、高质量发展的区域经济布局。从经济及增长、居民生活质量、财政及增长、外贸与外资、科技水平与教育、环境6个方面选取15个二级指标建立东部地区经济活力评价体系。通过熵权法和层次分析法计算各指标权重,再利用熵权-层次分析法组合权重进行综合评价和计算经济活力得分,依据得分结果对东部十省市经济活力排名。研究结果显示:东部地区经济活力“两极化”明显;长三角地区经济一体化发展较好,京津冀地区两极化严重;经济增长和居民生活质量是重要影响因素。在此基础上对东部地区的经济发展提出了相关对策和建议。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)stated that we should form a regional economic layout with complementary advantages and highquality development.From the six aspects of economy and growth,the life quality of resident,finance and growth,foreign trade and foreign capital,science&technology and education,and environment,this paper selects 15 secondary indicators as a system to evaluate the economic dynamism in east China.The weight of each indicator is calculated through the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and the combination weights of the entropy-analytic hierarchy process(ahp)are used for comprehensive evaluation and the scoring of economic vitality.The scores determine the economic vitality ranking of the ten east China provinces.The result shows that the economic vitality of east China is obviously polarized;the economic integration of the Yangtze River delta region develops well,but the economic development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is severely polarized;and that economic growth and the life quality of resident are important factors.Based on the above,this paper presents relative policies and suggestions concerning the economic development in the east region.
